We offer basic home/office cleans, deep cleans, new construction cleans, and pre-listing cleans. For unique cleaning situations, we offer free in-person quotes. Basic Cleaning
This list covers the essential tasks to maintain cleanliness and order in a residential space:

Biohazard Fee:
- A $50 fee will apply for the cleanup of blood, urine, feces, or other biohazards.
Special Offers:
- We offer a 10% discount to seniors, military, teachers, and first responders.
- We offer a 15% discount if you provide your own cleaning products (UYCP Discount).
Booking Policy:
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total and final payment, which is due on the day services are rendered.
